It is better in the long run to have a contracted firestop installer build their own firestop submittal to gain a stronger undertanding of what is required of each firestop system they are installing. However, we are able to build a complete firestop submittal tailored to your facililty and procure manufacturer specific engineering judgments for unique situations.

Starting with a precontruction meeting between all relevant trade partners, we will ensure your project begins with the end in mind. Educating all parties on their part of the process limits repairs and alterations down the line. We begin looking for design conflicts between trades and fire & life safety systems from the first visit to keep your project on schedule and budget.

The International Fire Code requires that all building owners have and maintain a complete inventory of all of their facility fire barriers and installed fire protection measures. Traditional inspection options do not prepare building owners to meet this legal requirement. We provide this inventory document at the end of each new project, or we can assist with creating one for your existing facility. Annual inspection of your fire & life safety systems ensures that you are prepared for the worst. Not only will this protect your investment from total loss during a fire event, this may make you eligible for insurance savings now.
